Ntebo “Ntebs” Mbanjwa — Founder & CEO of Dinaledi Institute. Her work sits at the intersection of identity, leadership, entrepreneurship, AI and ownership.

Ntebs' journey began in Pietermaritzburg and moved through corporate South Africa, leadership, entrepreneurship, organisational effectiveness, workforce transformation, business building, reinvention and the creation of Dinaledi Institute.
I want people to leave with a different level of clarity, agency and action. Because transformation becomes meaningful when it changes what you do next.

Ntebo Kikine Mbanjwa is an Organisational Development executive with 16 years of progressive experience across Banking, Financial Services, Aviation, Manufacturing and Higher Education. She currently leads Nedbank's enterprise-wide Job Architecture and Organisation Design programme.
She has held senior OD and people leadership roles at Woolworths Financial Services, Comair (British Airways, Kulula), Momentum Metropolitan, SA Home Loans, Dunlop, Hesto and the University of KwaZulu-Natal — delivering workforce transformation, culture strategy, DEI programmes and executive leadership development at Board and ExCo level.
Ntebo is also the Founder and CEO of Dinaledi Institute, an AI-powered knowledge and transformation empire being built from South Africa, for the world. She is the creator of the AI Founder Program: a structured, consciousness-led pathway that turns employed professionals into AI-powered founders without sacrificing income security.
She built this empire before 9AM.
